高岡駅から少し離れた場所にある鉄木真さん。
飲まない方は車で行くのがおすすめです。駐車場はお店の規模のわりには広めで（5、6台）満車にならない程度でした。
併せて予約がおすすめです。日曜日だったためか、席が空いても次々とお客さんがやってきます。
鉄木真といえば、名物のネギタン塩から始めます。( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉメニューには記載ありませんが、ネギ別もできます。
今回は、個人的に上ハンギング（ハラミ）に感動！塩焼とタレ焼、両方でいただきました。柔らかですが、旨味があり、脂っこくないお肉でした。
特上カルビはかなり脂がのってるように見えましたが、そこまで脂っこくなくお肉の味を楽しめました。鉄木真の焼肉のタレはどのお肉とも相性◎です。
ねぎメシはお肉と食べると合いますが、やや濃いので友達とシェアし、白メシと混ぜていただきました。肉とライス最高です。( ´ ▽ ` )
満席でしたが、お料理の提供スピードは早く、かつ盛り付けも綺麗で、美味しくお肉をいただけました。
