富山来たら食べて帰らないとってことで〆に訪問
中華そばとごはんを注文
以前に富山ブラックはかなりしょっぱいから
ごはんと一緒にって聞いたことがあったので
注文してみました。
中華そばはさすがに真っ黒ですが
スープは驚くほどしょっぱくなくて飲めます。
麺はモチモチです。
岩のようなチャーシューが2つ、これはかなりしょっぱい。
ごはんがなくても全然いけますね。
ごちそうさまでした。
