美味しい焼鳥を食べた後に〆のらーめん。
遅くまでやっているらーめん屋さんを検索しこちらへ。
21時50分到着。
カウンターのみの店内は貸し切り状態。
生ビール（小）と中華そばを注文。
店員さんの威勢の良い掛け声が響きます。
ディープな飲み屋街にあるラーメン屋さんといった印象。
その後は続々と酔っ払いの集団が入店。
ワイワイガヤガヤですが居心地は最高。
ほどなく提供。
黒すぎるスープは富山ブラックというヤツでしょうか。
が、元祖のお店のように塩分は強く無く、意外とさっぱりいただけます。
ほろほろに煮込まれた豚バラ焼豚の味付けの方が塩分強めです。
麺はもっちりとした中太縮れ麺で、これがまた美味しい。
食べ進めるうちにふと気がつく。
どこを見渡してもレンゲがありません。
富山県らーめんあるあるなんでしょうか。。。
店員さんに伺うと、レンゲは無くそのまま飲めって事でした。
うん、それはそれで何だか最高。
丼のままグイグイいただきました。
強面の男性お2人で切り盛りされていましたが、威勢の良い掛け声が響く居心地の良い空間でした。
