飲んだ〆でお伺いしました。
お店には、19時10分着。
店内満席とのことで、外のベンチでしばし待ちます。
10分ほど待って店内のL字型カウンター席へ。
一番手前の席に着座。
中華そば税込900円を注文。
持つこと5分ほどでラーメン到着。
それでは早速いただきます。
まずはスープから。
おっ、思いのほかあっさり。
黒い見た目とは裏腹に、お味の方もそれほど濃くないです。
お次は麺。
ウェーブのかかった中太麺は、しっかりとした歯応え。
ただ、スープの絡みは今ひとつかな。
チャーシューは柔らかく、脂身はトロトロ。
濃い目の味付けです。
メンマは、コリコリといい歯応えで、味付けはあっさり。
スープをほとんど飲み干して完食。
なかなか美味しいラーメンでした。
