家系らーめん屋さん。
と言っても、好みを何も言わずに注文すると、関東で食べたものと比べてパンチが弱い感じなので、硬め濃い目で注文しました。
らーめん（720円）：豚骨醤油ベースのスープに太目のストレート麺、スープの表面には鶏脂が浮かび、トッピングは叉焼、ホウレン草、海苔、刻みネギです。濃い目にして、更に卓上のニンニクを入れたお陰で如何にも家系という味に調節でき、がっつり感のある美味しさです。
元喜屋餃子（300円）：酢醤油を付けると丁度良い感じの餃子です。
富山のこの手のラーメン屋さんは、自分で好みのバランスを見付けるのが大事ですね。
