富山市にある家系ラーメンの高岡店。
吉村家の直系ではないですが、神奈川県にある家系の人気店で修行した店主が富山で開業したお店。
富山店には、ちょくちょく利用していましたが
高岡にも支店を出したのですが、こちらのお店は初めての利用です。
スタイルは同じで、券売機で注文し、水などはセルフ。
お店は清潔感があり、カウンター席が中心のお店です。
メニューは、家系ラーメンと海苔やチャーシューなどの具、餃子。
限定でタンメンや冷やし中華などもあるようです。
今回は、ラーメン並み（720円）を注文しました。
家系らしく豚骨醤油ベースで、太めのストレート麺。
表面には鶏油、具は、チャーシュー、海苔、ほうれん草。
もちろん麺の固さや、スープの濃さなどを注文時に調整可能です。
味は、高岡店も富山店とかわらず基本を押さえた王道の味です。
鶏油を含んだ濃いめのスープに、途中で生姜と酢をひとかけして調整して味変して完食。
家系ラーメンが好きな方であれば満足する味です。
