ランチで訪問です。高岡市国道8号線を江尻で降りて、伏木方面、万葉線沿いに少し行くとあるお店です。富山市内にも店舗があります。
前回、富山の店舗で、ノーマルなラーメンのみしか食べなかったので今回はギョーザに挑戦です。餃子を注文するとランチ限定サービスで無料ライスが付いてきます。
らーめんは小サイズで注文、ライスは少なめで、３ヶ入りの「ギョーザ大」は一つお友達におすそ分けしました。量的にはちょうど良かったです。「ギョーザ大」は名前の通り大きな餃子でした。食べ応えがあり、シンプルな味わいです。
らーめんは富山で食べた味と同じで、家系ですが、飲みやすいスープです。麺はかため、お腹が弱いので脂は少なめ、ベストな味でした。スープはライスと相性も良きです。ライスはスープに合うようにかために炊かれていて（←これもわたし好み）、これからはライスは必須だと、気づきのあった一日になりました。
