くまさんです。
７月２９日訪問。
古城公園近くのお蕎麦屋さん。
鴨肉好きのくまさんはお蕎麦屋さんでは鴨汁そばを頼むことが多いです。
今回も鴨汁そばをいただいた訳ですが。。。
しょっぱい！つけ汁がとにかくしょっぱい！！
秋田出身で濃い口のくまさんでもしょっぱく感じるくらいだから相当なもんだと思うが。
後から来たお客さんも頼んでたので話しかけて聞いてみたかった程。
今回たまたまなのか毎回こうなのか、再訪して確かめる勇気は今の所ありません。
