「旬肴料理」という冠が好きですね。お店の佇まいも割烹みたいですが店内は外観よりは大衆的で居酒屋です。
注文は「刺身三種盛り」、「生ハムたっぷりシーザーサラダ」にご飯、そしてこの日の付けだし
は「もずく」でした。
もずくはあまり好きではないし、好みの別れる料理なので付けだしとしてはどうかと思います。でも久しぶりに食べたら悪くはありませんでした。
刺身は三種でない三種盛りでしたが美味しかったです。シーザーサラダは生ハムたっぷりとは思いませんが全体のバランスも鮮度も良かったです。そしてご飯は一向に出てこなかったので催促する羽目になりましたがこちらも美味しかったです、富山に来て一番美味しい白米でした。
接客に関しては若い女の子の対応で愛想は良いけれどちょっと抜けている感じでした。でも料理はとても美味しかったのでそんな点も問題ないわけですけどね。
