夜は焼肉の予定なので、連れリクエストもあり名物うどんを。
高岡市内で「氷見うどん」を検索、立地も良かったのでコチラに。
１２時５０分に入店、先客入りは５割程度。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入り口未開放。
テーブルにパーテーションがナシ、通常席配置との差は不明。
大手うどんチェーンと同様、うどん選択後にサイドメニューをピックアップ。
最後に清算するシステムです。

ざるうどん大５５０円
鱚天１４０円
高岡コロッケ１１０円

氷見うどんは初めてでは無く、乾麺を自宅で食べた事は数度あり。
それにしても、コチラのうどんのコシの無さ。
外の暑さと同様、ダレダレ＆ダラダラです。
冷うどんにしたことで、水キレも含めて選択大失敗でした。
唯一の救いは高岡コロッケは普通に美味しかった事。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
