高岡の電車通り沿いにある、氷見うどん美濃屋さんへ。暑い日にはやはりうどんが食べたい。店内も冷やしうどんやざるうどんを食べる人がほとんどでした。こちらは富山でのセルフの発祥のお店ですね。揚げ物も自分でセレクトできます。おにぎりやちらし寿司などもあります。

こちらは通常暖かいうどんを自分で茹でて食べるのですが、今回はざるうどんを注文。席で待つこと5分。ざるうどんは少し時間がかかるようだ。ついついトッピングで天ぷらとコロッケなどを取りました。
うどんは流石は氷見うどん。柔らかめでフニャッとしたコシが魅力。山葵で汁と一緒にいただきました。ご馳走様でした。
