高岡の焼き鳥屋さん。
てば壱は、手羽先が売りの居酒屋さんですが、店舗によりアピールするメニューが異なっています。このお店は焼き鳥が一通り揃っていて、その分、他のメニューは種類が減っています。とは言え、手羽先・もつ鍋・お食事メニュー・デザートと一通りあります。なお、各店舗で力が入っているメニューは以下の通りです。
野村：焼肉
氷見：鉄板焼き
内免：焼き鳥
小杉：鍋
この中では小杉が一番好きです。さて、
手羽先の唐揚げ・にんにく風味（430円税抜）：ニンニク風味のタレがかかっていて、結構おいしいです。旨塩味の方が好きですが。
焼き鳥：適度な焼き加減で、結構おいしいです。ただ、焼くペースは今ひとつ。
お値段もそう高くは無いので、安く飲みたい場合は良いかも知れません。日本酒の飲み比べセットや、ロシアンたこ焼きも有りましたので、そういう飲み会にも良いでしょう。
