担々麺押しの町中華で以前からBMを入れていたお店です。
担々麺のみ 別でメニューがあります。
「特製担々麺」と「汁なし担々麺」。と、メニュー表にも「担々麺」があり それぞれ価格は別なので、全て別物です。
オーダーは、「特製担々麺 激辛」
山椒の刺激的な香りがあるわけではないし スープの赤身も辣味控えめ。酸味とゴマのバランスが上品で健康に良いものを取り入れるスープです。
中太麺が食べごたえがあって 優しい味にプラスされて相性よく満腹感を与えてくれています。
担々麺の事ちゃんと勉強されている‼️と感じる一品でした。
また行ける機会に「汁なし担々麺」に挑戦したいと思います。
