I decided to eat alone in Takaoka. The casual Restaurants next to the hotel lobby was nice, but I happened to be passing by and was drawn to the craft beer banner, so I decided to try this one. When I entered the store, I was immediately asked if I had a reservation, so it seems like it's a popular restaurant that requires a reservation. I was a little nervous being a single girl in an unfamiliar place, but I took a seat at a table near the entrance out of sight of other customers. Is ordering done with a remote control like the ones you find in Karaoke boxes? The input is interesting. First, I ordered "Nagisa Beer ¥750-". The deep, bitter taste pervades your parched body. ``Otoshi'' is a fluffy and chewy bread served with olive oil. ``Spicy Seared Cucumber'' The texture of the cucumber, sesame oil, and just the right amount of spiciness leaves the beer flowing... ``Chicken fillet with plum shiso'' My favorite combination of plum shiso and chicken fillet. It was a very hot day, so the sour taste of the plums whetted my appetite. ``Skewer grilled seseri'' The juicy seseri and the perfect amount of salt♡ I got used to the atmosphere of this restaurant and went into a relaxing mode. Ordered sparkling wine. ``Chicken fillet with wasabi'' The chicken fillet with plum perilla earlier was delicious, so next time I'll try the fillet with wasabi. The moist chicken breast skewers were rare in the center, which I really liked. I went to this restaurant without any prior information, but it turned out to be a satisfying dinner.
