10:00、12:00、15:00からパンが順に焼き上がります。 |
職場も近いし、味もおすすめ、のパン屋さんです。
ただし、いつ行っても棚は売り切れ寸前の状態。少しずつしか焼き上がらないから、焼きあがったパンから並べられるとどんどん売れていく。我々が入店した時もくるみスイートパンが焼きあがったとこでしたが、我々や他のお客さんが取ると５分でもう後２個。さらに５分後（14時ちょうどごろ）「クロワッサンが焼きあがります」という元気な声が奥から聞こえますが、それを知っている常連のお客さんの車が、焼き上がりのタイミングを見計らったようにどんどん駐車場に入ってこられます。きっとクロワッサンも蒸発してしまうでしょう。
そんなわけで、売り場はいつも少し寂しいのですが、国産小麦で無添加で焼き上げられたパン同様接客も一生懸命なのがありがたいです。
選びまくって妻と私で1,670円も買ってしまいました。
くるみスイートパンは、焼きあがりらしくフワッフワで口の中でとろける感じでした。
