富山県の実家に帰省した時には大体お伺いする中華です。
北陸ミシュランでビブグルマンのこちらのお店、何食べても本当に美味しい。
特におすすめなのはお出汁がききまくった中華がゆ。そのまま食べても貝柱の出汁がどろっと効いててうまうま。ゆで鶏などの各種トッピングもそれぞれちゃんと丁寧に用意されたもので美味しく、ひと口ひと口が本当に楽しい。病気の時に食べたら一瞬で治ってしまいそうなおかゆです。
もう一つの鉄板メニュー、小籠包も肉汁がじゅわっと濃厚で、黒酢と醤油につけた細切り生姜と合いまくります。
どのお料理もセンスが良いんですよね。相当食べて飲んで1人6,000円程度。富山だとわからないですが、東京の感覚だと破格だなと感じます。
高岡市の宝と言っても過言ではないでしょう。
