新高岡駅近くに美味しい中華料理のお店があると聞いて、行ってみた。
しかし、美味しい中華料理のお店ではなかった。オシャレで美味しい中華レストランだった。
店前に駐車場があり入りやすいけど、人気店なので空き待ち状態？でも、駐車場が空いていないということは、空き席もないバランスのよさ。
着席するとデフォでカトラリーとお水と合わせて、小籠包又は蒸し餃子用の千切りネギが小皿に出されるので、そちらを頼むのが前提のよう。
もちろんこれら点心も美味しいが、麺飯類も本格的な調味・調理で美味しく、ハズレなし。
メニューには辛さ度と同時にパクチー度も表示されており調味に対する本気さが感じられる。
店内はカフェっぽいので、中華レストランというより、オシャレ街中華の最高峰と表現すべきか？
メニューは豊富で、紹興酒の種類も多いので、夜飲みに再訪したいもの。
