There are many Pakistani Cuisine restaurants in Toyama Prefecture, and I've been to several of them, but this one was my favorite. Maybe it's because I've been to several restaurants and got used to Pakistani Cuisine. Maybe I just wanted to praise him as a thank you since he served me a lassi during the service. The inside of the store is clean, as it has just reopened for the first time in three years. If you want to feel Pakistan, you should go to another restaurant, but this one is the cleanest. The clerk is from Pakistan, but he can speak Japanese quite well. This is also a high point. Ordering can be difficult at other stores. Also, it's funny for some reason that the Pakistani store clerk with a scary look on his face asks things like, "Medium spicy?" The menu is extensive and you can order things other than lunch. The lunch set seemed like a good deal, but curry + naan didn't seem interesting, so I relied on my instincts and ordered it separately. Chicken Biryani and Mutton Karahi (medium spicy) I've been told at other restaurants that biryani is meant to be eaten on its own and not with curry, so this seems like the wrong way to order it, but you can order it normally. I did. When you search for karahi, it seems to be a stew dish similar to curry. This order was the correct answer. The biryani is flaky and has a faint aroma. It's delicious to eat as is. You can also enjoy a refreshing taste by pouring over the yogurt-like sauce that comes with the set. This is the normal way to eat biryani. However, this time there is also Karahi. Mutton karahi is rich. Since it contains tomatoes and meat, it has a meat sauce-like flavor, and it also has a curry-like flavor, but it's neither of those things. I can't describe it properly, but it has a complex flavor and a luxurious feel. If Karahi were curry, it would be the best curry of the year (even though it's only February). It's delicious on its own, but it's also great with karahi and biryani. After all, Japanese people eat rice with side dishes! Karahi + Biryani is a great way to eat it, although I'm sure the locals don't do it. Eating biryani alone is delicious, adding yogurt sauce makes it refreshing and delicious, and eating it with karahi is rich and delicious. Normal, refreshing, rich. I like this way of eating! Sometimes there are restaurants where all the dishes taste delicious as if by magic, and this is the same here. I was surprised by the high level of mutton karahi cuisine, and even other dishes started to feel more luxurious. Even the lassi served during the service was especially delicious. (Maybe this is because it's free)
