This time, I decided to try Himi beef at a well-ventilated Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant. I reserved only the private room seats 4 days in advance. I entered the store at 6:25 p.m., and although it was unclear who was the customer in front of me, there appeared to be multiple groups of customers. There is no disinfectant spray at the entrance, no temperature checks, and the store is not ventilated at all entrances and exits. There are no partitions on the table, so the difference from the normal seating arrangement is unknown.
