射水市役所から高岡方面に車で数分のところにあります。
元々は高岡市内でドイツビールのお店をやっていたそうで、店内には様々な種類のビールが置いてあります。
ランチやディナーでも美味しい料理を出してありますが、ほぼパン目当てで来店します。
接客担当のお母さんから聞いたところ、お客さんからパン屋を開いたら、と薦められて息子さんが独学でパンを勉強し、開店されたそうです。
パンはどれも味がしっかりしていて、とても独学とは思えません。
富山県、石川県で様々なパン屋さんに行きましたが、間違いなくベストスリーに入るお店です。
どれも美味しいのですが、特にビックリなのはコッペパン。
もっちりしていて、無茶苦茶美味い。
東京などの都会ではコッペパンブームですが、比べ物にならないくらいこのお店の方が美味しいです。
あとミルクフランスのクリームがめっちゃ美味しい！
パン以外にも手作りのローストビーフやオードブルを持ち帰りできます。
いつも大満足のパン屋さんです。
