ふわふわ柔らかく、しっとりしたパンケーキ。
パンケーキが売りの喫茶店。
お店はコメダ珈琲の様な感じで、スパゲッティ・ドリア・カツサンド・エッグベネディクト等もありますが、一番印象が強いのは、ふわふわと柔らかくしっとりしたパンケーキです。
マスクメロンリコッタパンケーキ（1380円）：期間限定です（4/28～6/5）。パンケーキにたっぷりの軽～いメロンクリームと、マスクメロンの果肉を乗っけたもの。ふわふわのパンケーキと軽いメロンクリームが凄く合ってて、美味しいです・・・マスクメロン果肉の黄緑色は凄く綺麗ですが、メロン果肉の味自体は添え物です。
なお、オープンしたてのお店ですが、店員さん達は手際も良く感じが良かったです。

お店はコメダ珈琲の様な感じで、スパゲッティ・ドリア・カツサンド・エッグベネディクト等もありますが、一番印象が強いのは、ふわふわと柔らかくしっとりしたパンケーキです。2021.11現在は、北陸限定パンケーキがありました。
ブリュレ風リコッタパンケーキ（1400円）：ふわふわしたパンケーキに、これでもかとたっぷりのカスタードクリームが凄く合ってます。大満足の１品。
五郎島金時モンブランリコッタパンケーキ（1400円）：パンケーキに大量のサツマイモペーストを乗っけて、パンケーキが全く見えません。実は中にサツマイモそのものも入っているので、パンケーキよりもサツマイモの方が本体になってます。大満腹の１品。
