新湊きっときと市場内にあるお寿司屋さん
新湊では、白海老をはじめ高志の紅ガニの
ブランドベニズワイガニが有名で一度食べて
みたくて行って来ました
……が残念ながら朝から販売していたカニさん
達は完売お昼からのセリが終わらないと購入出来ないとの事だったのでやもなく断念
せめて、白海老だけでもと湊寿しさんに入店

初めて食べる白海老 軍艦
甘エビより甘みあるかも✨旨い
付け合せの浜汁
新潟で言うところの番屋汁なかなか上品な感じでめちゃくちゃ美味しい
『白海老ちらし御膳』
こちらは、白海老の天ぷらが付いて、外は、サクサクで白海老の風味が口の中に広がって美味しい✨

残念ながら、高志の紅ガニは買えなかっけどいつかまた、リベンジ
