『中国四川料理熊猫』
四川料理なので麻婆豆腐にしようかな、それとも最近はまっている天津飯にしようかな。なんて考えながら店に入ってメニューを見ると、今月のオススメが魅力的。食べたことのない料理が載っていました。
頼んだのは今月のオススメから
「生姜スパイシーチャーハン」と
「肉厚ホタテのミルク炒め」
生姜のチャーハンもミルク炒めも初めての食べ物です。
生姜のチャーハンは予想の10倍生姜が効いています。
かなり攻めた味付け。唐辛子が入っていないのに激辛とよべるレベルの辛さで生姜の激辛もあるのかと新発見、と思ったら青唐辛子が入っているのか。旨いかどうかは慣れなくてよくわかりませんが不味くはない。唐辛子の激辛と同じように次の日少し大変でした。
完全大人向けチャーハンです。
肉厚ホタテのミルク炒めはホタテのサイズがかなり大きくそれがほぼレアの火の通し方。海鮮とミルクは意外に合います。レアのホタテが美味しいのは当然として、エキスが出たミルクソースをまとったエリンギもかなりの美味しさです。これは高級中華。
ここは少し高くても新しい味に出会いたい人にオススメ。
パンダという店名ですがパンダの絵やぬいぐるみがなかったのは少し残念。
