移転して一年、客層も大分落ち着いて来た気がします。
どの串を食べてもしっかりと手仕事を感じる味です。
自分の口元に運ばれるまでどれだけの手間暇がかかっているのだろう…と行く度に感心してしまいます。
焼き場が見えるところをリクエストして席を予約しますが
とても丁寧な職人技で見ているだけでよだれが出てきます。
大人の隠れ家的なお店です。
コース内容もその日の仕入れ次第なので
マナーを守れない方は遠慮したほうがいいと思います。
チョウチンは売れ切れ御免。
オーダー前に確認した方が良いと思います。
