肉ラボさんに行って来ました♪
ガタイのいい兄さんたちが作るハンバーガーです笑
テリタマバーガー 900円
小矢部市の高級卵使用でパンは氷見のぶんぶんさん。
小矢部市の卵は食べた事あるけど
ぶんぶんさんのパンは初めてなのでワクワクー^_^
バンズはかなり密度あるずっしりしたおもための
食パン系。
ライ麦？ミックスで上下共にかなり厚みがあります。
ハンバーガーのバンズって感じではなくて
パン屋に売っているライ麦の比率少なめのパンって感じ。
焼きが全くないのが残念。バター感がないので
バンズに脂質感がほぼなかった。
肉はいい意味で味の濃さがない。
テリヤキソースはサラサラすぎて
流れ落ちてしまうのであまり濃さん感じない。
肉自体にペッパーや塩が
効いたりしてなくてけっこうあっさりとしていて
肉の味はわかりやすい。
厚みあるし大きめでボリュームは素晴らしい。
トマトは薄切り。玉ねぎスライス。
下バンズには辛子けっこうたっぷり。
目玉焼きはめっちゃ半熟。
バンズの厚みと半熟卵のせいかな？
めちゃくちゃかぶりつきにくかった。
今まで食べたハンバーガーの中で1番食べにくいかも？？
ただ肉はボリュームがあるし
食べやすかった。
コスパもそんなに悪くないのもいいですね(o^^o)
