高岡の8号線沿いに新しくハンバーガー屋が出来たとは聞いていたのですが、かなり予想外の場所で突然看板を見つけて入りました。看板も目立たない。
店内はけっこう空いていました。まあ、とりあえず初めてだし、一番基本のハンバーガーを食べてみようと29LaB BURGERセットを注文。
こういうグルメ系ハンバーガーって私の認識では、あふれ出る肉汁で手がベチベチャになるものだと思っているのですが、こちらのは肉汁は全く無しでパサパサ。ただかかっているバーベキューソースみたいなソースが手について食べにくいだけでした。そもそもこういうグルメ系ハンバーガーは包み込んで食べる用の紙袋をつけるものじゃないの？？
パンも艶艶してるのは表面だけで中はパサパサでした。
全体的にちょっと研究不足かな～と思わざるを得ません。
