A chicken and Chinese cabbage hotpot restaurant founded in 1955. The new store will open in March 2024. There is a stove in front of everyone, and there is a simple dish where chicken and Chinese cabbage are grilled in a special pot and eaten with soy sauce and eggs. Kanazawa specialty Tori Chinese cabbage/young chicken (880 yen): Tender and juicy young chicken and Chinese cabbage are carefully grilled in a pot. It's easy to eat and delicious. Kanazawa specialty chicken Chinese cabbage/parent chicken (780 yen): It is firmer and chewier than young chicken, but if you chew it properly, it has more flavor and is delicious than young chicken. Specialty Torikawa (440 yen): One item that comes out quickly. The chewy chicken skin is seasoned like salted oden and goes well with rice and beer. Deep-fried young chicken (550 yen): Tatsuta-age style. It was simple and delicious. They also had pork and Chinese cabbage hotpot, so I'd like to try that next time.
