凄いメニューを見つけてしまった。
砺波市はチューリップの街、そのチューリップの球根と富山名物の白エビのかき揚げ。
おそらく【世界でここにしかない料理】
お店は塩天丼を推していて看板には塩天丼の文字が目立ちます。そこまで推されたら塩天丼を頼んでしまうのですが、頼んだ後にメニューを見ていて見つけました。

こんなの頼むしかない！
塩天丼に追加でチューリップの球根と白エビのかき揚げ&大門素麺セット。
塩天丼は昆布塩がかかっていて、ご飯と昆布塩たけでも美味しいです。乗っている天麩羅は普通。
塩天丼もそれなりに個性があっていいのですが、かき揚げの個性が強すぎて霞んでしまう。
チューリップの球根と白エビのかき揚げは、まずでかくて大きさにビックリします。個性的な具材だけでも勝負になるのに、大きさでも楽しくなります。
味も美味しく、デカイのにきちんと揚げられています。
チューリップの球根はホクッとして甘く、ユリ根よりも芋に近い。玉ねぎと白エビとのバランスもいいよくできたかき揚げです。
【珍しくて大きくて旨い】
塩天丼よりこれを推すべきだと思いましたがマニアックすぎるのかな？
お店はメニューが豊富で気になるものがいくつかあったので、今度は違う料理も試してみます。
