ゆっくり煮込まれていて箸で切れる柔らかさ。
トロトロというよりもホロホロ♪( ´θ｀)
デミグラスソース、大根、玉ねぎ、人参、貝割れに
ピクルス、プチトマト、インゲンに
マスタードマーマレードソース添え。
おでん？？みたいにあっさりした大根が
けっこう使われていてどことなく
牛すじ煮っぽい(・∀・)
デミグラスはインパクトなくてややぼんやりだけども
肉の柔らかさを感じる味付けとしてはけっこういいかな。
デザートのティラミスは
カスタードクリームとスポンジが中心で
ティラミスって感じではないけど味は甘くて
じゅわっとして水分多いかんじで良かった^ ^
悪くはないんだけども…コスパ的に
