This food at this price. Honestly, it's a hidden gem that I don't want to tell anyone about.
[b:<Introduction>] I found this restaurant a few years ago when I searched for it for my wife's birthday. Up until now, I have mainly had lunch, but this time I had dinner as a course for the first time. Lunch was good value, but dinner was even more cost effective. In addition to the quality of the ingredients in all of the dishes, they really paid attention to every detail.Although the courses were in the 5,000 yen range, I think it's cheap enough even if you spend more than 10,000 yen. . In a way, I felt that it was amazing that we could sell this product at this price, especially as prices are pushing up due to soaring prices. Fish dishes] Wild red sea bream caught in the morning, topped with herbs and grilled until plump. Comes with freshly baked waffles. [b:●5. Domestic Beef Fillet Steak] Tender and served with spinach and komatsuna so that you can enjoy both vegetables and meat together. [b:●6. Pasta] Original with chewy thick noodles. There were seven dishes above, and all of them were amazing and hard to rate. If I were to pick one in particular, it would be fish dishes this time. The Meat Dishes were quite delicious, but the presence of the fish was even more overwhelming. This time, I brought my elementary school daughter, who prefers meat to fish, and she was also impressed with the red sea bream, and said it was the most delicious. That said, the quality of the beef fillet Steak is unbelievable considering the price. Also, the owner is a cool and nice person. She had an outstanding singing voice and was good at playing the guitar and piano, and since it was my birthday, I was so intoxicated by the owner's sweet singing voice that my heart melted after the meal, even though there was no alcohol in it. Even though it's my birthday, I would like to visit this restaurant again soon.

<はじめに>
家内の誕生日を祝うために、富山県のお店をいくつか探すも、なかなかいいお店が見つからない。高級フレンチでもなく、洋食屋でもないお店は・・・と思い探していると、こちらのお店が見つかります。結構辛辣なレビューが目立ち、食べログの評価点もあまり高くないものの、食べロガー歴12年の勘というのでしょうか、おそらくこのお店は美味しいのではないかという何の根拠もない動機でお伺いします。
お店の雰囲気は、とても明るく、清潔感があり、接客や応対も素晴らしい。
特に、コースで予約をしたこともあり、個室ではないものの、かなりプライベートな仕切りのあるスペースに通して下さり、コロナ渦の中、これは有り難い。
<3800円のコース>
今から思えば、妻の誕生日なので、せめて5000円以上のコースにしておけばと後悔するも、最近フレンチのお店で、4000円のコースも8000円のコースもあまり変わらないな~と思う機会が多く、ここはあえて、肉料理が出てくる最低コストのこちらのコースでお願いすることに。

<感想>
まず、3000円台のコースとは思えない、大変満足のいく内容でありました。
以前は富山駅前のランドアークである、タワー111の最上階でバブルを謳歌した高級フレンチを営んでおられて、その後、静かな住宅街で、価格を落として、イタリアンの要素もいれたビストロ風のお店をコンセプトに再スタートされたようですが、1つ1つのお料理が丁寧で、またソースがどれもとても美味しいです。
今回は、どのお料理も美味しかったので、甲乙つけがたいのですが、私はもともとクリームソースパスタが大の苦手でありますが、こちらはメニュー1つをシェアすることから、家内のリクエストでやむなくクリーム系にしたのですが、これは想像以上に食べやすく美味しかったです。クドくないというか、喉越しがいいというか、テイストも超本格的なイタリアンというわけではないが、とにかく食べやすく、創作イタリアンといった感じで、後味もいい(かなりフレンチの要素が入っている感じです)。
家内は、金沢の料理学校や製菓学校に長年通っており、とにかくどこに連れて行っても、結構辛口なのですが、今回は久しぶりにレストランで満面の笑みを見せるくらいに気に入ったようです。デザートも美味しく、すっかり気に入ってしまいました。ある意味、テレビなどで有名になり過ぎた店主さん。アンチも多いのはレビューを観て分かりましたが、とてもリーゾナブルで、フレンチとイタリアンのいいところを価格を抑えて上手に提供されている感じで、今後常連としてお伺いしたいものです。
ソースやスープのとり方がとにかくお上手で、できればフレンチ又はイタリアンラーメンなど裏メニューで提供して頂きたいものです。接客下さった元吹奏楽部のお嬢さん、とても丁寧な接客で、大満足でありました。家内の誕生日を笑顔にしていただき、感謝しております。
