くまさんです。
砺波市での夕飯で子供らが寿司希望でしたので、以前一度訪れたこともあるめ組さんへ。
初めて訪れた時は、他の方の書き込みで絶賛されていたビントロ食べたさの訪問だったのです。
確かにビントロと考えると美味しかった記憶があり再訪したのですが。。。
今回は仕入の問題かビントロはビントロでしかなく、他のネタも通常レベル。
何よりワサビがきいてないのが辛い。
そして回転寿司屋さんって、バックの調理場で作るネタもあると思うのですが、そのネタを注文されると大声で「◯◯一丁大至急よろしくぅ！」と板さんが叫びます。
大至急なんて言うから注文受けてたのに提供忘れかな？なんて思っていたのですが、どうやら注文受けると毎回このセリフらしい。
回転寿司屋さんには活気も必要なのは理解してますが、ただただうるさかった。
活気とうるさいの境界線を考えさせられました。
