とあるパーティーにお呼ばれして、こちらのホテルを訪問しました。
場所は砺波市の中心部からかなり離れた山の中腹といったようなところで、クルマでないと行けない場所にあり、お世辞にもアクセスが良いとは言えません。
今回は和洋折衷のコースだったのですが、和では特に鯛のお造りが身が締まっていて歯応えもあって美味しかったです。（すいません、写真撮るの忘れてました。）
洋で良かったのが、写真の牛スジ肉の赤ワイン煮と牛イチボのソテー。牛スジ肉はとても柔らかく煮込まれており、またソテーに添えられた緑色のペーストはコクもあって肉ともマッチしてました。
全体的なボリュームも適度で、コース料理としては充分でした。ごちそうさまでした。
