農家を改修した古民家風レストラン。砺波の伝統料理が味わえます。生姜の効いたゆべしが絶品でした。何故か子供の頃の記憶ではえべすと言っていました。本当はゆべしなんでしょうね。よごしは野菜を味噌で汚すからよごしなんだそうです。標準語かと思いきや、富山県だけの呼び方のようです。感染防止のアクリル板もあり、体温チェックや手指の消毒など感染対策もしっかりとされてました。料理の種類も多くて、どれも美味しく頂きました。お腹いっぱいの大満足の訪問となりました。
