大門素麺をはじめ、「ゆべす」「よごし」「具入り丸揚げ」「根菜いとこ煮」といった砺波地区の郷土料理が食べられます。
郷土料理=田舎料理=近所の料理上手なおばちゃんの料理
と思っていましたが予想に反して洗練された料理でした。伝統の料理を達人が作ったレベルです。肉や魚を使わない精進料理なのですが、物足りなさは一切なく珍しい料理に大満足できました。
注文したのは「恋茜」というセット
大門素麺、ゆべす、よごし、具入り丸揚げ、天麩羅、くずきり等盛り沢山の内容。
大門素麺はもちっと感とコシが両立して富山で食べた素麺では１番の美味しさ。
お米も美味しいし他のおかずもハズレは１つもありません。デザートまでどれも普通よりもワンランク上の美味しさです。器に盛られた見た目もいいので目でも楽しめました。
郷土料理なので地元で普通に食べられている料理を予想していましたが、地元の裕福な人が年に1度特別な日に食べるようなセットでした。
料理は珍しいし美味しいし、お店の雰囲気もいいので他県から来る人にオススメできるお店です。
団体客が来ることもあるので平日でも予約したほうがいい感じでした。
