昼に訪問。
駐車スペースは5台くらいかな。
女性客が数人パンを買いに来られてました。
フランスパン系のパン、ハード系求めてきました。
チーズフランス 180円
手のひらよりひと回り大きい。
生地は甘みあり。中はしっかりみっちり系。
よくあるフランスパンだが甘みあるのが特徴的。
包丁で切ったら潰れて戻りは良くなかった。
弾力ある食パンって表現がわかりやすいかな？
まあこれはこれで良かった( ˊ̱˂˃ˋ̱ )
ブルーベリーデニッシュ 180円
ブルーベリーは甘さ控え目のジャム。
クリームチーズが添えてある。
生地は油脂が強いわりには全然サクサクしてない
おすすめできないレベル。
こちらでバゲットにバターって使ってるか
聞いたら確か使ってないはずですよと回答。
確かって…商品把握あまり出来てないのかと少し
不安感じました。
砺波ではパン屋少ないので楽しみにしてましたが
デニッシュ系の下に敷いたクッキングペーパーの
油がものすごかった。油脂強すぎるのでは？
その割にはバターの風味ないので残念。
ハード、デニッシュで個性的な特徴はなく無難
同じ値段のパンのチェーン店よりは全然いい。
安くて焼きたて出すのは素晴らしいですね(^ ^)
