砺波市 若鶴酒造にある食事処
『竈flamme炭三郎』
若鶴酒造の敷地に入ると広くて食事処がどこか迷いますが、入って左手の『令和蔵』という建物の中にあり、
『令和蔵』に入ると手前が酒類や軽食の販売スペース
奥が食事処『竈炭三郎』になっています。
かまどで炊きあげるご飯がウリだと予習して行きましたが、酒蔵ならではの酒粕を使ったメニューが魅力的で今回は酒粕メニューを中心に頼んでみました。
注文したのは
酒粕カレーセットと酒粕ティラミス
酒粕カレーセットはカレーの他に粕汁、サラダ、漬物。
まずは粕汁を一口。粕汁感が弱いので味噌汁よりの粕汁かな？と思ってから、具沢山なので豚汁よりの粕汁？ベーコンが入っているし、と思ったりしているうちに完飲、一口のつもりが一気に飲んでしまう美味しいスープでした。
カレーはスパイシーな中に牛肉がゴロゴロ入り焼き野菜が乗って値段の割に豪華です。これも酒粕感は強くなく奥深い味わいの美味しいカレーです。
酒粕ティラミス
酒粕感は弱いですが、でもしっかり個性的。
上品でなめらかな美味しいティラミスです。
全体の印象は酒粕を上手く使っていて、料理が凄く上手でレベル高い。繊細な味覚の人がきちんと作り上げているのでしょう。
