事前に予約をして伺いました。
入店すると手前は有料試飲コーナーで奥がレストラン
天井も高く窓も大きく奥の店内は明るめ
4名で伺い
三郎丸御膳
黒毛和牛すきしゃぶ鍋
とやま牛まぶし
炭火焼きローストビーフひつまぶし
すきしゃぶ鍋のたれは見た目以上に味が濃いめ
お肉を入れてもしっかりとした味がします。
お肉も柔らかく牛肉の味もしっかりめ
牛の脂も甘みもあって美味しい。
ローストビーフのお肉も柔らかくて
お肉の脂が溶ける感じがいいのですが
ひつまぶしを食べる前提だからなのか
ソースがかなり薄めで物足りなさを感じて
全部を食べ終わる前に飽きてしまうのが少し残念
こちらの一番のおすすめはウイスキー樽の廃材で炊く
竈ごはん
樽香は感じず、ふっくら甘みがあって美味しいごはん
酒粕ティラミスは甘すぎて酒粕感はほぼないのが残念
もう少し、砂糖の甘さは少なくして酒粕本来の甘さの方が良いかな。

何件かお邪魔していますが
他の蒸留所さんのレストランから比べると
レストランのコンセプトもしっかりしていて
味も美味しいのでもう少しおつまみなどに力を入れると
とても良いかな〜と思います。
飲まないワタシでも行く楽しみができると言うこともありますが・・・
