若鶴酒造が経営する同敷地内にあるレストラン
北陸唯一のウイスキー蒸留所の見学者(団体客)で賑わっており、レストランの敷地も前よりも広くなったらしい
この日は近くで仕事があり、仕事先の方に連れてきていただいた
オーダーはおまかせ
「至福の蔵ごはん」ランチをご馳走になった
季節ごとにメインが変わり、甘酒、粕汁、小鉢、ご飯、漬物、デザートがついてくる
この日(7月)のメインは水蛸のしゃぶしゃぶ
蛸は刺身でも食べられそうなほど新鮮でプリプリコリコリ
しゃぶしゃぶ鍋の出汁も美味しい
また竈炊きごはんがつやつやで甘く美味しかった
今度はプライベートでも来たいかな
