三郎丸蒸留所 見学ツアー後のランチで利用しました。
広々としたフロアですが、この日のランチタイムは予約で満席。
見学と併せて利用する場合は、公式サイトからの事前予約が確実かと思います。
ランチの前に三郎丸蒸留所のウィスキー。
『三郎丸1990』は、ここ以外ではなかなか飲めないと思います。ラベルに年季が入っていました。
ランチは『万福蔵ごはん』。
昆布締めなどの富山らしい食材や、味噌汁にほんのり酒粕が使われていたりと、富山の酒蔵らしいメニューで美味しかったです。
電車やバスを利用して、蒸留所見学と併せてお酒と食事を合わせるのが楽しいと思います。
ところで、ここは2022年に『令和蔵DINING』から『竈flamme 炭三郎』にリニューアルされたそうです。
この店名は、やはり某人気漫画の主人公からインスパイアされたのでしょうか？
