砺波市街から少し離れた田園地帯にあります。
砺波ICから5分ほどで到着。
入り口のボードに和牛100%ハンバーグの文字。
限定に弱いもんで、これを注文。
ミニサラダ、スープ、ライス大のセットにしました。
ハンバーグのサイドにはパプリカ、じゃがいも、とうもろこしです。
とうもろこしは薄切りなのに食べづらい。
かぶりつけばいいのだが、ナイフで削ぎ落として粒で食べる。
ハンバーグには選択した濃厚なデミグラスソースがかかり、その上には軽く生クリーム。
さすが和牛。霜降りの上質な脂のおかげで非常にやわらかい。
ライスがまた美味しい。大盛りにしておいて良かった。
となりのテーブルの常連さんさ日替わりメニューを頼んでいた。
メニューがたくさんあるので、今度は限定メニューではなく、レギュラーメニューで。
