人懐っこくうまいもの好きの主人が鉄砲を担いで獲った獲物を出す店。一見、怪しい。熊鍋や熊丼というのは初心者向きに出しているそうで、そのため値段も控えめだが、臭みなどなく非常においしい。このあたりの熊は猟期の冬眠前にブナの実をたっぷり食べるため、たいへんおいしいらしい。撃った熊の中からさらに厳選したものを店で出すそうで、一シーズン1頭か2頭くらいだそうだ。熊の刺身が出せるようにディープフリーザーもある。その熊の刺身、ほとんど皮下脂肪で見た目は？な感じであるが、なんというか非常に上等な生ハムの脂身という感じで高貴ですらある。熊はゲテモノ、と思っている人は一度ここで味わえばその認識が変わることを請け負ってもいい。そのほかにも鹿、雉、猪、岩魚、そしてこのあたりでは秋には天然の舞茸が名産である。
