たまたま近くを通りかかったので立ち寄ってみました。
普段なかなか食べられないメニューがズラリと並んでいます。
クマサシは舌の上でとろーり溶けていく食感。
熊鍋は一人鍋サイズで、滋味深い味わい。雑炊がオススメとの事でお願いしました。
一つ一つのメニューに対してとても丁寧に店主さんが説明して下さり、有難かったです(^^)
