白川郷・五箇山観光を決めた時に、どこの飲食店に行きたいか候補を選んでいた時に、私にとっては1番行きたいお店ナンバーワンでした。
好きな料理はいろいろありますが、ジビエ料理も好きな料理の一つ。
特にクマは食べたことがなく、すごく気になっていました。
お店のカウンター立つ店員さんはピンクの髪をした女性て、ジビエ料理の人っぽく見えない
それこそひげむくギャラのクマっぽいおじさんが出てくるのかと思ってました
肝心のクマ料理、頼んだのはクマ鍋。
肉肉しいけど、臭みのないお肉でした。
肉増しにして、家族とシェア。
最後は雑炊にして満足。
もう一品、赤カブラの燻製も頼んだのですが、これはしょっぱすぎたし、味もそんなに好みではなくダメでした。
まあ赤カブラ自体そんなに美味しい料理だと思ったことないのですがね…
食後の柿をくれました。
なんだかすごく嬉しかったです。
お店の外には何故か仕掛けがあって、まさか本当にこれで捕獲して料理提供してるの？とか思っちゃいました。
