富山出張の際、夕飯で利用しました。
富山平野から東海北陸道を岐阜方面に向かって行ったところ、五箇山ICから富山方面に少し戻った国道156号線沿いにお店はあります。
場所柄、駐車場はお店の前に完備されています。
平日夜19:00頃、待ちなしで入れました。
注文したのは「くまうどん」(1600円)。
最近お疲れ気味だったこともあり、また北海道・東北（北陸・富山でも！）熊被害が相次いでいることもあり、熊を食べてみようということになりました。
味の方は、獣臭さもなく、普通に美味しいと言った感じで、特別感はありませんでした。
「熊を食べてる！」っていう満足感はすごく感じたので、そういう意味では鹿とか猪のようなジビエ料理ということなんだと思います。
私が富山にいた頃は雪深過ぎて富山の人でも近寄りがたかった五箇山ですが、東海北陸道の開通によって劇的に便利になりました。
世界遺産の合掌造りの家を見た帰りには、ぜひ寄ってみて、熊を食べていただきたいです。
