砺波には仕事でたまに来るのですが、
そのさらに南のあたりの井波は彫刻で有名です。
鮎の庄さんなど庄川の鮎が食べられるお店が何件かありますが、
そんなに水が良いなら
さぞ蕎麦もうまかろうと思い調べたら、
茶ぼーずさんがヒット。
ってことで訪問。
お店の近くまで行くと、観光地のようですね。
車でお店の周りをぐるっと回ったのですが、
駐車場が見当たらなかったので、
（っていうかお店も見当たらないので）
観光駐車場に車を止めて、
徒歩にてお店探索。
すぐ見つかりました。
古民家の改装した作りです。
かなり著名人も結構来られているみたいですね。
二八蕎麦らしいです。
天ざるとイワナを注文。
最初にそばのあげたものが出てきます。
そしてイワナの素揚げにさらっとした甘ダレをかけたものが来ました。
これがいい感じでカラッと揚がっており
丸ごと食べれます。
これがうまい！
そして天ぷらとざるそばが到着。
天ぷらは海老、大葉、レンコン、かぼちゃ、さつまいも、ごぼう、マイタケ。
結構レベルが高い天ぷらです。
天ぷら粉はうっすらでおいしいです。
蕎麦は二八で、結構しっかりとしたコシがあります。
つゆは甘めです。
個人的にはもうちょっと蕎麦風味が好みですが、
一般の方にはこれで十分おいしいと思います。
もう少し食べたかったのでおすすめの蕎麦プリンを注文。
これはまあまあ。
さすがは政治家や有名人が大勢来るお店です。
