こちらの人気商品の一角を担っている板状バウムクーヘンの
『南砺バームクーヘン』
ショコラとバニラどちらも取り寄せてみました。
最初そこまで期待していなかったのですが
たべてみてその驚きの口どけにビックリしました。
粉が入っているのかと思うくらいにスッと消えて行くような食感。
バウムクーヘンというよりもシフォンケーキのそれの感覚でした。
味も卵の優しい甘さに包まれており、
安心して食べることの出来る和菓子屋らしからぬ素敵なバウムクーヘンでした
