I visited Wakayama and was curious about Hotel de Yoshino, which was ranked number one on Tabelog in Wakayama Prefecture. It is located on the top floor of the Big Ai building. The interior is based on white, and the large windows on one wall let in natural light and offer a panoramic view of Wakayama city. The view was great. I had the lunch course! The aperitif was cheese choux, followed by the white asparagus blancmange, which had a nice citrus scent. The green pea soup was rich and very delicious! The color was beautiful. The pate en croute, salmon mi cuit, and the main dish of roti bigorre pork were very voluminous and went well with red wine. The avant dessert was an ice cream made with white rum, and the addictive taste was very delicious. I was grateful that they were able to serve me small sweets to take away! There was a birthday celebration at the table next to us, and there was a singing performance, which was very nice ^_^ Thank you for the meal! We had a beautiful view and an elegant lunch time!
