言わずと知れた和歌山ラーメンの本丸、井出商店さんに初見参です。駐車場は平日ですが、県外ナンバー率高し。でも列は7、８人なので並んでみましょう。少々の待ち時間覚悟でしたが、あれよあれよとすぐに店内に入れました。注文は基本の中華そばと早すしです。列に並んでいた時に注文済みでしたが、着席時にはすでに目の前に早すしがスタンバイ。流れるようなオペレーションですね。早すしを頬張っているとすぐに中華そばも着丼。これは回転率が早いわけだ。とはいえ、本格的和歌山ラーメンの王道の味覚は外さず安定のクオリティ。この狭い店舗を店の人４人が見事な連携で切り盛りする様子は惚れ惚れします。ご馳走様でした。
