井出商店
昭和28年に屋台から始まったらしい
ラー博での大人気ぶりを見かけてから
和歌山へ行った時には絶対に食べたいと
長い事思っていた事がやっと実現しました
休日の夜そろそろL.Oの時間に訪問
到着したら20人程並んでいたので
今日はもうダメかと思いましたが
スタッフの方が外にオーダーを取りに
来てくれたので間に合ったようです
上にも書きましたが並び初めてすぐに
スタッフの方がメニューを持って
オーダーを取りに来てくれます
この日のオーダー
・中華そば 800円
並び初めて15分程で並びの先頭になり
それから数分で入店
並んでいる人数の割には回転が早く
待ち時間は短めです
事前にオーダーしていたので
着席後3分程で着丼
店内は豚骨臭が凄かったですが
スープは意外にもさっぱりした
トロミのある豚骨醤油でした
麺は結構やわらかめです
たまたま柔らかかったのかと思ったら
他の方のレビューを見ても柔らかいという
感想が多いので元々の麺の茹で方なのかな
あと麺は少なく感じました
和歌山のラーメンと言うと早寿司（鯖寿司）
こちらのお店のメニューにもありましたが
メインが食べられなかったら申し訳ないと
寿司をオーダーするのはやめたのですが
思ったより麺が少なく寿司も食べられたかも
特にインパクトはなかったですが
焼豚も柔らかく美味しかったです
長年の願いが叶っただけで大満足
