有名店「井出商店」の近くでしたが、
とんでもない行列見て、此方へ
それでも正午15分前で、外待ち15名
25分程で、店内奥のカウンター席へ
ラーメンより、うどんがメイン？

うどん屋さんらしく、パッと見うどんの
様なビジュアル
ホントに歯が要らないw トロットロに
煮込まれた、豚バラチャーシュー3枚
その間を繋ぐ、3枚の蒲鉾
中央に刻み青葱と、具材はシンプル
和歌山ラーメン独特、こってり豚骨醤油
まろやかな舌触りの、最上級版
酸味あり濃厚ながら、くどさは無い
じっくり煮込んだんだろうと、想像つく
旨味とコクが、スープに凝縮されてる
合わせる麺は、丸断面のストレート太麺
固め茹であげで、もっちもちな歯応え
